We aggregate feature, pricing, and deployment info directly from vendor websites (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) and public review platforms (e.g., G2).
For each vendor, we assign points:
ROI = seats × average salary × (FCR improvement %). This approximates yearly savings from faster ticket resolution.
We refresh vendor data quarterly; algorithm tweaks are logged below:
